Rent Growth in Southern California
We started seeing some huge rent growth over the last couple years. I'm like, okay, we're already five, six, seven years into the cycle. Let's park some money here. If they flatline or decline, then there could be another big buying opportunity in that market. How do you think about the laws and regulations that are in California? We just couldn't pick and choose who we wanted to help because of fair housing laws. There has to be a win-win scenario.
