Is Regulation a Mad Thing?

There's such a begrudging regard for many regulations in the united states. And i just wish we could get to the same spirit. I think the market can do a lot of great things, but the market can't do everything. The market needs both a floor and a that needs to be rising all the time. It needs innovations and carrots,. ith carrots and sticks, to to incent the kinds of changes.
