Shade Sores is a psychologist and financial therapist in Oahu, Hawaii. She moved to New York from Trinidad and Tobago when she was around nine years old. Shade joins the Army Reserves at 17 toward the end of high school; goes to West Point as a human resource officer. Afterward, she gets assigned to Boise, Idaho where she meets her spouse Abel.
