The modeles plaid set an official world speed record for a production electric car at the ring, completely unmodified, directly from the factory. Next up, as elon musk tweets, will be a modified plaid with added aero surfaces, carbon brakes and track tires. And he later added in another tweat the track software up date is probably a few weeks away. Also way points are going to be the big deal that applies to everyone, cause that's been something that the community has been calling for for quite some time.
