There's about nine different pathways that we understand pretty well, and we need to get all of them at once. The FDA would prefer you use exactly the same drug, maybe adjust the dose per kilogram for different species. For these, we used a mouse-specific proteins, genes, and dog and human. That's one small thing. But the other thing is, yeah, dose does change from organs. There's a difference in treatment of each.
