The History of First Look
The original idea was that we brought in the same kind of inventory management car max did or Walmart did. And then it also helped you figure out what to sell. The early monetization model was going to be getting dealers to trade cars with each other. But it was a very hard thing to sell data-driven insights to dealers at that moment in time, because that wasn't the culture of the business.
