Service Design - What's the Challenge?

i don't have a silver bullet for that. So i was given the green light fairly early on. But i didn't hire one for six to eight months because i felt like thre was a lot of table setting to do. Like i needed to make sure people knew, people across the organization knew that this was what i wanted to do. I called it a service desined cheat sheet. Its like a courp competency, but then they can kind of go down stream and across channels andnd all that.
