The Importance of Customer Obsession
The CEO role is quite complicated at times. We need to be great at all the stuff that the CEO sucks at or doesn't want to work on, he says. Customer obsession I think is probably the number one the number one skill set and honestly if you're your job title starts with a C and you don't have that it's it's a problem you got it you've got to go build that muscleyou know. And so I just I truly believe that you don't you don't get to get off the ground without really really caring passionately about the problem you're solving for the customer.
