The Importance of Inner Experience in MDMA Sessions
During an MDMA session, we respect the fact that sometimes the memories are so difficult for people. They're so sort of unconscious or subconscious that they can't grapple with them directly. And it will come in the body. So of this eight-hour session, roughly four hours or roughly half of it is people with this inner experience. With the classic psychedelics like psilocybin or LSD, it's more like 90% of the time. It's people having an inner experience. A lot of times they can't even talk. You're unable to verbalize. It's what's called ineffable. I call Jonathan ineffable all the time, but for different reasons.
