Ethereum and the Transparency of Big Tech

I became increasingly disturbed by the emphasis on transparency, which is seen as a solar punk principle. And I found that it became very difficult to distinguish between things that are transparent for reasons like let's coordinate around social goods in a way that can hold people accountable. So these two kind of tendencies of technology, the tendency of transparency in the surveillance tendency, we're combining themselves in Ethereum. It also means that even ifthereum is solar punk and it has these ideological tendencies, you know, and it wants to do something positive for society,. Even if it has those intentions, the reality of the software it's making is creating an environment that is leaving its users vulnerable to exploitation by big tech and surveillance
