Loury: The Comstock Act was about prohibiting sending anything kind of indecent or morally injurious in the mails. And there's a list of things, but it lists medications and things used for performing abortion specifically. Loury: A conservative administration could decide to enforce that. That will reveal some cleavages that weren't there just like at the state level, you know, I'm in Ohio.
