The Importance of Statistical Analysis in Survey Design
The statistics assume that you have a well-sampled data set, which is almost never true in a survey. The majority of people who conduct surveys are going to introduce a selection bias they don't want in your data set. We apply the statistics where we can, but most of all we need critical thinking.
