What Pushed You to Pursue a Political Anthropology?
After graduating from undergraud, i was going to law school. And a few things in my life changed, and instead, i ended up going to grad school to study anthroopology. I remember the professor talking at the time about a development project where all these latrines were set up but no one used them for over year. Itt was not the place where people went to deficate their bodies. That example really high lights the importance of vigorous and critical anthropology as well as ethnography.
