The cheapest used EV right now you can find is Nissan Leaf's before the refresh. And then a Clipsing 30,000 you can get a Chevy Bolt. Some of them, even a few year old vehicles, it's like 45 and up. You can't even get a used somewhat interesting non novelty clown car feeling EV for under 40 grand.
