There are blood tests available you can do day one on the patient, which would be a biomarker indicator that this person is over synthesizing cholesterol. And they're actually genetic defects that probably explains that both of which are associated with heart disease. So if your interest site is over absorbing cholesterol through the Neiman back or you've lost the ABC transporters that even cholesterol the intestine has to get rid of that cholesterol. Most people don't notice, but a signal you take your HDL cholesterol level. Where did most of the cholesterol in that HDL can come from mostly deliver, but a significant poor 20 to 30% if the HDL suck it out of your small intestine.
