What's the Difference Between Hellenistic Jews and Hebraic Jew?
Hellenistic jews, ye, hellenistic. These are from where? From the greek diaspera. They weren't locals in the same way. This was one of the maiden groups that the old testament, new testament, continually tells believers to care for,. You know, s orphans, foreigners, right? Because widows were dependent upon what system to provide for them, patriarchal system. And so these widows get overlooked from the daily distribution of food. So if you imagine, widows at this time were completely vulnerable.
