The Difference Between Cakes and Biscuits
Jaffer cakes are sponge disks with an orange jelly centre, covered in chocolate. A famous cork case over this goes to show how serious the british take puddings. When mac vitty's was slapped with a tax bill for their jaffers, they had to prove in a court of law the difference between the two being a cake and a biscuit.
