The Unforeseen Revolution in Iran

In 1979, the revolution is happening. The Shah of Iran is facing what is being called his most serious crisis. 3,000 students ran through the narrow winding streets of Tehran's grand bazaar shouting death to the Shah. I was separated from the family for 11 years because of the revolution but also Iran and US had this breakdown,. So there is this very dark few years of my young adulthood that it was like a carpet pulled under my feet.
