People who in jobs at the conformist stage, they're not outside the box thinkers. These people are drawn to organizations with clearly defined identity and hierarchy. They want clear instructions, orders and a role to fill. Conformist people try to avoid conflict ecause they don't want to upset the group. The problem is much deeper thanthat. Evolution applies to culture, to religion, to language, to society, to everything. Even christianity itself has evolved so much over the last two thousand years that the christ ity of to day has nothing to do with the christianity of two thousand years ago. That's a way too threatening to admit.
