The Prison at Thrax

The prison at Thrax seems to be on par with the Ubliette in terms of scope and scale. It's not clear how long they've been in Thrax, but it's got to be at least a month since they've arrived. Severion's already started certain initiatives on the prison as we'll discover. He also has attended court enough to be noticed and known by the people there.
