The Importance of Modernization in the Workplace
As a new father to his first child, the expectation that I would only take two weeks off and my wife could have up to a year off. It is a tough thing for me to have to go through as a father because I'd love to spend more time with my daughter. So obviously, you know, I wouldn't wish that sort of situation absolutely but it did highlight the fact that there are ways that we can work that are more inclusive.
