Sleep Problems and Work Injuries

Sleep problems and work injuries is a systematic review and meta analysis of observational studies involving about 73,000 participants. The findings suggested that workers with sleep problems had a 1.62 times higher risk of being injured than workers without sleep problems so relative risk 1.62 relatively tight 95% confidence intervalso between 1.43 and 1.84 so roughly a 60% increase in injury risk from having sleep problems. Sleep like poor sleep not sleeping enough can increase the perception of pain but it's very possible at least 40%.
