Is There a Sequence to a Breakout?
When we work with people who are stuck, they play that sang old song in their head and that's all they hear. And so what we say is we've got to create hope and that's what Dad did when he came on - immediately the fire of hope was led into people. Hope then leads to optimism, which unleashes creativity. Well, you know, I love that hierarchy. I think there's a lot of strength to it. The one thing that we need to add is in almost all arenas, particularly business, the business doing nothing is the most popular option.
