Find loads of past part two tasks and look at each one for a minute, prepare yourself. Then speak for two minutes, that's about a minute to prepare. Do it over and over again with as many part two tasks as you can possibly find. You'll just sort of slip back into your habitual thinking pattern. And you will come up with ideas - the ideas are actually often given to you.
