A lot of people look at me as a runner or a hybrid athlete and they think they haven't done their research. They assume that I've put on this size while running 60 to 100 mile weeks. That's not true. Outside of newbie gains, even newbie gains like is very, very, I mean, not yet to roughly put 10 pounds on in a year. You're going to see gains pretty quickly, but then those are going to kind of taper off.
