Are Histamine Responses a Sign of Postmenopausal Women?
I know a lot of women who are postmenopausal who say, you know, I can't drink red wine anymore. And this is in fact a signature of histamine responses. estrogen is one of the major drivers that help to precipitate histomatic responses. They often tend to have what looks like a little bit histamine levels when it's actually just the rise of the estrogen impacting the enzyme that breaks down histamine.
