I'm a huge fan of cooking on flat iron. I just got that black stone, the big giant griddle. You know what I love? The old school Weber. Charcoal is like a time machine. There's a smell that takes me back in time to the late 70s. And for some reason on those ducks, just, you know, salt and pepper on those things. Oh, so good.
