Advice for Someone Who Doesn't Like Their Job Anymore

When or if to leave is based off of a decision that you have to make. Everyone should always feel like they're in a position to keep their options open. There's nothing wrong with exploring, you're not being disloyal. You only get one career, you only get one shot.
