The Candy Wrapper Bandits Are Not Good Criminals.

The Candy Wrapper Bandits were amateurs. They lived in flop houses about 30 miles outside of Atlanta, Georgia. The bandit would break into homes and steal pretty much whatever they could grab and carry. All seven members were busted. And now I have to find new people to hang out with when I'm in Atlanta.
