A man who ballooned to 400 pounds is now a slim, healthy 299 pounds. He was able to get back into strength training like he had always done. Being healthy and active released feel good hormones in him that built his confidence. "It's not from what I did, but it's the piece of that puzzle that they don't see today," says trainer Cal O'Leary.
