How to Address Toxicity in Your Relationship

Don't go about it being accusatory necessarily. As soon as you attack, if somebody feels under attack, their walls go up immediately. I would also really encourage you to try to stay focused on one subject because sometimes what will happen is you go to the partner and they're like, well, but you do this. Try to drive it back and say, hey, you know, I'm really willing to hear what you are upset about. But let's just focus on one issue at a time.
