The Dangers of Chatbots
The chat box was a minefield just because of that danger. Chatbots are almost exclusively designed to tell us what we prompt them to, what they think we want us to think. What you call the automated sofist. The other thing that it seems really important to do now is for us to look at the kinds of things that chatbots seem to be potentially doing that are human things to do and making a resolution to not stop doing them.
