I think the most important thing is how you are supporting tenants in developing how tenant organizers are developing capacity at the building or block level of tenants themselves. We need a diversity of tactics and a diversity of strategies. The one that hasn't come up that we have experimented with in the past and we are not experimenting with so much right now is organizing against landlords that are in a particular lender's portfolio. All styles and cultures need to be nurtured and recognized and welcomed if we're going to build any type of tenant power," she says.
