The Benefits of a Buy and Hold Strategy

We don't feel comfortable buying investment properties at this point. I guess that may be due to a lack of knowledge in that sector. We had faith that when we needed the money in 10, 20 years that the market would have more than enough time to recoup. Our financial strategy has always been if we can't pay for it in cash, we're not going to buy it. It's pretty nice to even buy it while you're in the wealth accumulation phase. Neither Eric nor his co-workers get flack about using credit cards. If we were to actually go out and apply for a loan, we'd probably do it manually underwritten.
