We've Never Had Public Engagement
I have not lived in a country where people don't have a voice as much as here. And the way people show their voice is to protest, is to get out on the streets. So this is a really big part of our society. We've never had public engagement. I do think that the graffiti is a voice. It is a voice and it's younger generations that are going out doing a lot of tagging. The tagging is a way that I feel people are just saying, I'm still here."
