The Revolving Door Problem in Government Briefing

There's a revolving door problem in government, and this isn't unique to just congress. Former staffords who go on to become the people who advise witnesses are often under-informed about the subject at hand. When someone is dragged in front of a congressional hearing, they know that the public doesn't really like congress,. They also know that the elected officials interrogating them are very likely to be under informed about thesubject at hand. The person being interrogated always plays it straight. That's my design.
