The Rise of the US Military Bases on Italian Land

After 1945 with the end of the Second World War Europe was essentially occupied by the Anglo-Saxon Empire. Italy and Germany came under permanent military occupation which still continues. There are US military bases on Italian soil which are considered to be jointly operated bases. The world can visibly see that the influence of the US is decreasing, not the power as such, but the influence is certainly decreasing. With this decreased influence, there will be this trend or this desire among the occupied nations to kind of start the process of breaking free from the shackles of the English language.
