Netflik Compensation Team

Netflik has built out a compensation team in the last 16 months. The goal is to make sure nelis compensation policies are fair and equitable. One area where employees can grow, though by all means not. It's based on three questions: What would we pay to keep them? And what would it cost to replace that person?
