JP Morgan Bank vs Jess Daly - Is the Bank's Defence Strong?

JP Morgan had said that the allegations made against Jess Daly were speculative essentially and not properly supported by that. That strategy changed earlier this month when the bank actually filed his own lawsuit against Jess Daly saying he should be held liable for them. The bank's also going after him to try and call back more than 80 million dollars that paid him during his time at JP Morgan alleging that he was disloyal to the bank. A couple of legal experts said what's unusual about this case compared to other sex trafficking civil cases is that there is a lot of evidence suggesting that the bank ought to have known.
