How to Automate a Set of Rules to Improve Performance

I'm working on improving performance and I've talked about this in the past. The company that I work at next, we already had the system in place for connect collecting a lot of telemetry data off of the our web stuff. And it turns out that that's not a great thing to do. All of a sudden our note server was going, you know, the event loop lag was going up to like two seconds because everybody put in their own histogram with lots andLots of Label values.
