"I call myself an intentional drinker now which is like if I'm having some other issue that I'm trying to correct with drinking it's better to address that than to keep having a drink at the end of every day" "If you're not someone who has been an alcoholic she'd be just like apparently like our culture is kind of set up like either you've been an alcoholic and you're in AA or you drink as opposed to people intentionally not drinking because there is so much"  We were so addicted to social media and tv and covid made the whole Netflix thing but being exposed to blue light can affect melatonin.
