Reactionary Timing in Mountain Biking
I love some of that reactionary timing that you're doing. I had gwen jorgenson on the show who won the 20 16 triflon will champion, and she was having to practise her reactions because her 20 16 olympic games was a fairly technical bite course. It's almost likea a self centered ness that they get by doing it as well. And i guess that leads into my expet when we're talking about technical riding in mountain viking. How doe you train for that, knowing that if you don't get it right, it could be severe consequences.
