The CFPB Bulletin - Five Things That You Should Be Doing

The CFPB issued a bulletin seven or eight years ago. It said, hey, here are the five things that you should be doing so that if, in fact, we do come for an examination, things are going to go a lot smoother. And they made mention of if you're going to have a best in class compliance management system, part of that is you need proof you can use. You need a single version of the truth. Is that date and time stamped? Is there a record of the communication internally or externally with the third parties? And has remediation taken place? And how can you prove that?
