The Importance of Communication in Transport Medicine

The first interpersonal interaction that you're going to have is with whoever you're getting the patient from. Mike: We can't go into scenes like that and talk down to people or give them the impression that we think that we are better or more advanced. I try to always say thank you. Thank you for what you did for the patient. You guys did a great job. It's funny that little things can make a big difference.
