Mauricio Bellardo and I are both vegan, but consider ourselves very almost dietary agnostic vegans. We're both vegans for ethical reasons for both animals and the environment. An omnivorous diet that's filled with fruits, vegetables, legumes, but includes lean protein or fish is incredibly helpful. And you can also have a helpful, obviously well-planned plant-based diet.
