Do Georgia's Special Grand Juries Really Write Their Own Reports?
Do Georgia's special grand juries really write their own reports? And if so, is that a good idea? I don't know what's so again, because they're so rare. We really don't know how much or what the process is for writing it as to whether it's a good idea. It never ceases to amaze me. This idea that this is actually written by the grand jurors...I have always thought of grand juries as they are a formal instrumentality of the court.
