There isn't really a different type of finance for design and construction it tends to be built in one. A ground-up development case from start to finish is probably looking like two to three months being open um up bridging inquiry you know could be three weeks. Once you have those details getting initial funding approved should be within 72 hours once you've got the relevant documentation on file and then the scheme data. You can look to utilize an asset to pay for the design the planning applications if you needed to.
