The Importance of Working in the Hedge Fund Space
I had come from Deutsche Asset Management, where I was there for about eight and a half years. Had become friendly with a recruiter who actually recruited people for my team at Deutsche. Pam Kiernan, who's at Two Sigma Now, was my direct boss and ended up being a mentor for me in life. He said, don't leave. We can do something different. How about working in the hedge fund space and working with strategy? That sounds great.
