Billionaires are using a variety of different offshore financing mechanisms to shield the vast majority of their wealth from taxation. This is really something that is, this is a particular by product of the last 20 to 25 years and part of what globalization has done as it's made capital more global. It means the richer you are, the smaller the percentage of taxes you pay. And that then really enrages the working and middle class who end up paying for everybody.
