I Don't Have a Right to Be Challenging of a Student
There's a lot of things that we don't need from the schooling world, and which make us more cost effective. You've got to be a good learner to do this work. I alway say that the i don't have a right to be challenging of a student unless they've committed to something. And having a business sensi is crucial. We don't need people who can teach particular subjects. For instance, obviously mass and english. But we have students who learn all sorts of things.
